Introduction
The TSESME Toolkit provides tools for the assessment of training needs in small and micro enterprises, specifically in the social economy field. More information about the project as well as the consortium can be found here.
TSESME Toolkit includes:
a. Organisational tool : addressing the assessment of the organisational training needs;
b. Individual tool: addressing the assessment of the individual training needs, which can depict the differences between current and target competencies profiles;
c. Theoretical framework: articles related with the vocational training field ,
d. information about how to perform an appraisal interview,
e. Good practice examples, and
f. a Glossary: explanation of main concepts.
