Self-training for employees

Training at the workplace often is a responsibility of the organisation itself. Technically experienced colaborators introduce other colleagues into an operational working routine: they are familiar with all the operational conditions.

For the implementation of these possibilities, two essential aspects should be taken into account:

  • The training should be directly related to operational practice in a real workplace and focus on practical tasks;
  • The participants are adults who are in general positively motivated for work, have long-standing professional experience and ability for self-paced individual learning (regardless of different levels).
